CPO 100 Thermosense with its long life offers adjustable speed & temperature. The user would get optimum press results for the better oil quality for the valuable raw food or the seeds with very low noise.
Through direct drive gear with special teeth, variable pressing gap adjustment and an integrated digital temperature monitoring of the pressing head (thermosense feature), CPO 100 would provide much better results together with low power consumption and low maintenance operation.
So even in unheated environment in your shop or store high oil quality with controlled temperature is maintained during the entire pressing process. One can easily regulate the temperature according to desired speed independent of each other. This feature allows user to obtain easy and temperature-accurate cold pressing process of the raw material.
One of the best features of our CPO 100 would let the user get a cold pressing without treating the seed before. The user should take the moisture level of the raw material into consideration that it should be at least 7% but preferably lower than 5% to get the best results from all CPO cold oil press machines. The cold pressed temperature is around 40 degrees Celsius (104 Fahrenheit), and it leaves up to 6% oil in the pulp (cake).
